The short version
I started out writing web applications for small businesses in Santa Cruz. What ended up interesting me was not the screens but what happened behind them: people copying data between systems, reports that did not reconcile, hours lost to work a machine could do.
So I moved toward data and automation. I built ETL pipelines processing millions of records a day, a corporate data warehouse with proper dimensional modelling, and workflows connecting WhatsApp, CRMs and databases in real time. The part I care about is the measurable part: 50% faster loads, 40% less time per lead, 95% report reliability.
I work with clients in Bolivia and the United States, in English and Spanish. Lately I spend a lot of time wiring LLMs into real business processes, which is where I think most of the interesting work is right now.
Outside client work I build my own products: software for people in Santa Cruz who solve things with a paper notebook today.
